Block 58's market renovation

Yesterday,my family and i went to a food court at block 58.When we were driving into the carpark,i saw the temporaily set up market,it looks very shabby,had holes in the canvas which is suppose to shelter the stalls underneath it,the fans hung on the steel frame rotating slowly,providing low ventilation.I wonder how can the goverment charge the rent to rent a stall in this temporaiy market higher than the normal market which has better ventilation and shelters the stalls better. When we walked to the food court,we walked past the market which was under renovation.I thought they had already tore down the place as the renovation had started two months ago,but all i see is the market surrounded by steel boards.
It vexes me why the goverment can take so long to renovate a market but when it comes to building a place that can draw tourists or helping them earn money,it can take less than a week to get started building the place,take the Singapore Flyer for example,every two weeks when my father goes into town with me to pick up my mother,i can see the Singapore Flyer being build quarter by quarter.At the end of 8 weeks ,the structure of the Singapore Flyer is done. The Singapore Flyer is so big and can be completed in 8 weeks compared to the market ,which is much smaller than the Singapore Flyer,can take 8 weeks and does not have any progress.

Artemis Fowl is a book written by Eoin Colfer.It is a very interesting book about a child prodigy who discovered the existence of fairies and kidnapped one of them and asked for a ransom which is fairy gold.You will be fascinated by the technology and the different characteristics of different fairies like dwarfs,trolls,elves and many others.There are currently 6 books and a graphic novel in the series.I strongly recommend people like you to read it.
